We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. I would have tried to get the tree just a little bit less blurry, not sure why, but maybe help the eye to realise that the important thing is the guy not jsut half of the picture that has not focused properly...
(I explain myself so badly!
